Glittering lights fall behind the tagline, "12th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Honoree."

TriageLogic Makes Honoree List for GrowFL’s 12th Annual Florida Companies to Watch

GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch is a statewide competition that identifies second-stage businesses that are expected to see significant growth over the next several years. TriageLogic is thrilled to announce that we’re among the top 50 selected in 2022! Read on to learn more about the competition, and some of the products and services that helped TriageLogic secure its spot.

History of GrowFL

Now in its twelfth annual run, the GrowFL competition was originally conceived by the Edward Lowe Foundation as a unique way to recognize second-stage companies — those that have moved beyond startup status and are poised to accelerate the growth. Applicants are judged on their past growth, projected success, and unique strengths, as well as their influence at the market, community, and state level. To qualify, companies must also be headquartered in Florida, employ six (6) to 150 people, and generate revenues between $750,000 and $100 million.

According to GrowFL’s CEO, Jennifer Taylor, the competition was “designed to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship, and to shine a spotlight on the most deserving companies. This year’s honorees span 21 different counties, represent 22 different industries, and 50 percent of them are woman-, veteran-, or minority-owned.”

The final 50 honorees, of which TriageLogic is ecstatic to be a part, were chosen by a judging panel of past honorees, economic development leaders, and GrowFL corporate partners.

All honorees will be recognized for their achievements at the 12th Annual Companies to Watch Celebration that will be held on February 23rd, 2023, at the Hard Rock Live in Universal CityWalk.

We’re grateful to GrowFL for this opportunity, and would like to recognize how it serves as the state’s only organization focused exclusively on helping business owners with the desire to grow beyond second stage.

Why TriageLogic Made the List

While we began as an outsourced call center for improving telephone nurse triage, TriageLogic has become so much more — particularly when it comes to secure, integrated medical technology. In addition to our nurse triage software, Schmitt-Thompson nurse triage protocols, and 24/7 Nurse Triage On Call solution, we also offer:

Data Review for Remote-Patient Monitoring (RPM). When providers administer RPM devices to their patients, this generates large volumes of patient vitals that need review. Our registered nurses are available to oversee this process on behalf of these providers, freeing up their nurses to manage more important in-office activities. When symptoms change or indicate possible health concerns, our RNs will reach out to patients and providers to inform them.

Answer Service Assist. Depending on the practice, the first person who answers a patient phone call may be a nonclinical representative, often referred to as an Answering Service Operator (ASO). ASOs aren’t licensed medical professionals, so it’s easy for them to overlook important questions that may need to be asked based on the symptoms a patient caller is experiencing. Answer Service Assist, our artificial intelligence-based solution, identifies those questions as ASOs are typing notes during their calls, prompting them to identify all potential symptoms and discern whether caller requests are nonurgent, urgent, or emergent. This module is self-standing and HIPAA compliant, and offers convenient integration with existing patient software.

That said, all of the technology in the world wouldn’t get us where we are without our rockstar team! While we’ve highlighted several of them individually, a special thanks goes to our entire staff of clinical and nonclinical employees who have contributed to our services that have reached 12,000 physicians nationwide — and counting!
