Technology May Change, But Our Goal Stays the Same: Improve Health Outcomes

From Telephone Triage to Telehealth Technology

Our organization was initially created to offer outsourced telephone nurse triage and nurse triage software. Now those services have expanded to critical areas of telehealth technology. As a result of COVID-19, our registered nurses verify telehealth eligibility and schedule appointments on behalf of providers. They also review patient vitals taken from Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices, use device-specific protocols to evaluate patient symptoms, and only refer patients to their doctors when it’s clear they need further evaluation.

Our nurses can also communicate with doctors remotely through a HIPAA-compliant, secure texting tool. They offer accurate care dispositions using updated Schmitt-Thompson protocols. And they provide customized paths to care with the most advanced Protocol Editor on the market today.

Best of all, the data from each of these services can be integrated easily with a healthcare provider’s existing EHR system (or copied to a document in an EMR), as well as management programs like Salesforce.

One (Triage) Size Doesn’t Fit All

We understand that you may not need all of the triage services that we provide, which is why we have different levels of support. If you require updated Schmitt-Thompson protocols, we offer both daytime and after-hours versions for a nominal fee. If you have plenty of nursing staff but no triage software, our online platform can be up and running for you in 30 minutes. Or maybe you want to expand your telehealth triage coverage during and/or after normal business hours by leveraging our nurse triage call center. In each case, we’re ready to support your operations, and — most importantly — get your patients access to the care they need.
