It’s hard to believe that it is almost November, as it seems the summer just started! With the Open Enrollment website issues, this is certain to be a busy, and probably confusing time for many. I hope that our recent articles provided information and resources to assist you in answering your questions about the Affordable Care Act, as well as those of your patients.
While many companies may write a Mission Statement because it is “expected”, at TriageLogic we want our mission to clearly reflect who we are, and ur professional goals. After numerous discussions and drafts, we felt the following best represents our company:
Our mission is to continue to lead the field of nurse triage.
We commit our expertise, compassion and reliability
to services that exceed expectations of medical
professionals and their patients.
In order to meet our mission, our products and services must stay current with trends and technologies. As such, we will continually receive input, feedback, and ideas from the people we serve. With that in mind, I would like to invite you to connect with me, and the TriageLogic Team. Most of our articles and social media posts include an opportunity to connect with us, and we truly want to hear from you! By sharing your experiences, needs, trials, tribulations, and triumphs, you help us meet your needs.
In this Fall edition of our newsletter, we included articles with the goal of providing advice on telephone medicine and telephone-based patient care. We discuss a case study of a mother who did not think she had an emergency, and how the nurse triage service was able to direct the patient properly. Our article on Telephone Tips for Nurses also discusses tools to help your office staff handle patient phone calls during the day. Finally, we also provide you with resources to help you answer your patients’ (and your) questions regarding the new affordable care act laws.
TriageLogic is more than a telephone nurse triage company, – it is a company dedicated to finding cost-effective, quality-focused, patient-centered support for healthcare providers. So, as our products and services continue to expand and adapt to the ever-changing healthcare environment, we invite you to help us identify how we can most effectively “commit our expertise, compassion, and reliability to services that exceed expectations of medical professionals and their patients.”

I look forward to hearing from you!
