In this edition of our Employee Spotlight, we introduce Sara Brackin, the Implementation Manager for TriageLogic. Sara has the important role of keeping the IT team and our customers in sync. She works on a variety of projects, including managing the implementation and integration our software for new clients, helping troubleshoot and ensure timely updates of technology, as well as assisting clients with understanding all the different triage solutions available to them and finding the best option to fit their needs.
Sara brings her education from Emory University and past experience in various technical fields to TriageLogic. Sara joined TriageLogic because she liked the idea of working for an innovative company that helps so many people. She enjoys the challenge that comes with her position.
“Technology and people don’t always work well together, and figuring out a way to make that happen is exciting,” says Sara. “I truly care about the success for not only TriageLogic but also our customers. We are only as successful as our customers are.”
Sara aspires to be a loyal teammate, a dependable partner, and reliable employee at work while being the best mom, wife, and friend to all those that she loves. Outside of TriageLogic, she is a professional Team Mom. Her four kids have given her a love of youth sports, including swimming, basketball, baseball, football, softball, soccer, and lacrosse.
She also enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with several non-profit associations. Travel is another passion of Sara’s. In June, she will be going on an adventure with her daughter and mother in Italy for her daughter’s Senior Trip. When she finds the time, she is also an amateur cook and a terrible gardener.
Her favorite part of being Implementation Manage at TriageLogic is working with such great team members and being on the cutting edge of technology.
Sara is excited that she is able to supervise the development of new products and solutions that help improve patient access to care. She has been a significant factor in the success of TriageLogic’s latest product, myTriageChecklist Call Center Module.
