TriageLogic Starts Nurse Triage for Old Harding Pediatrics
TriageLogic welcomes a recent addition to their Nurse Triage On Call service—Old Harding Pediatrics. Following the closing of a local hospital triage service, several practices in the Nashville area recently started to use TriageLogic’s Nurse Triage On Call service.
It was a quick transition, but TriageLogic welcomed the challenge. According to TriageLogic CEO Dr. Charu Raheja, “Their local triage center was closing, and they asked us to take over all of their calls within a six-week time period. We were able to implement about 30 physician groups in a quick turnaround. The initial contract was for two months, and 100% of them have stayed with us, Old Harding Pediatric Associates being one of them.”
It is worth mentioning that prior to starting TriageLogic in 2005, Dr. Ravi Raheja was an established community doctor who formed numerous relationships with the medical community in Nashville. “We continue to be impressed by the quality of care and customer service at TriageLogic. The fact that they are also URAC- accredited gives us the confidence that we are giving the best possible triage care to our patients,” says Brenda Plunkett, one of the managers for Old Harding Pediatrics.
Old Harding Pediatric Associates has been taking care of patients and families in the Nashville Pediatric community for over 70 years. With 10 Board Certified Pediatricians and two locations in Nashville, their goal is to provide not only quality and compas- sionate care, but also convenient care with office hours seven days a week, night clinic for sick patients, and in-house dispensary for quick prescription pickup right in the office. They have nurses ready to answer your questions at any time, as well as a moderately complex lab that can give you real-time results on a multitude of tests, reducing the need for waiting on test results or having to go elsewhere.
